Wabash woman becomes first time Hoosier Lottery winner

Donna Smithers from Wabash, Ind., won $50,000 playing the $30 Extreme Cash Scratch-off. This was her first Scratch-off win, and called the experience “a dream come true.” She is a devoted employee at a children’s hospital.
