Susan Dearth and her husband Carl both enjoy playing the Hoosier Lottery. In fact, Carl won a truck from the Hoosier Lottery during the 1995 Indiana State Fair! The couple fondly remembers Hoosier Lottery host Barbara Hobbs presenting them with their new truck.

Though the truck is long gone, Susan and Carl continue to play the Hoosier Lottery. Susan likes to play Scratch-offs for the instant fun and as something she can do at home. As she scratched her $20 Loaded $10,000 Scratch-off, Susan quickly realized that she won the $10,000 top prize!

“I won!” yelled Susan, which prompted her daughter to come see what the commotion was about. After scanning the ticket with the Hoosier Lottery app, Susan’s daughter was elated to see that her mother had won $10,000.

Susan plans to put the prize money in her savings account.
