A Peru, Indiana man plans to buy a house and take a nice vacation after winning a top prize of $90,000 on a $5 Ruby Mine 9X Scratch-off.
Comer Webb was at home when he scratched the winning ticket.
“I had to look at it like five times. Once I realized it was real and there were that many zeroes there, I started yelling!” Comer said while claiming his prize at Hoosier Lottery headquarters in Indianapolis.
He called his wife, who asked him to stop by on his way to work. She needed to see the ticket to believe it.
Comer works as the dairy manager at Kroger in Peru. He purchased the winning ticket at Marathon Mini Mart, 336 E. Main St. in Peru.
