Hoosier Lottery winner celebrates his $50,000 win

Christopher Garrison, a loyal Hoosier Lottery player from Monroe, was surprised to learn he won a $50,000 top prize on the $30 Extreme Cash. This was his first time making a claim at a Hoosier Lottery Prize Payment Office.

Christopher found out he won after scratching his ticket in the parking lot of a Kroger, and his eyes widened upon realizing the prize. “The first thing I did was Snapchat my friend the crazy news,” said Christopher. “We immediately went crazy.”

Chris is currently a mechanic. He plans on using the money to pay off some personal loans and medical bills.
