Washington resident Arthur Lobeck Jr. enjoys visiting nearby French Lick Casino. A few years ago, his friends at the casino encouraged him to start playing the Hoosier Lottery. Not long after he started playing, Arthur won $4.2 million on a Scratch-off. 

Arthur has continued to play the Hoosier Lottery and prefers to play at his local Walmart on the self-service vending machine. He enjoys playing all types of Hoosier Lottery games, but he especially likes playing Fast Play games because they are easy and fast. 

Arthur loaded his money into the machine and began selecting and then scanning Fast Play tickets. The fourth ticket he purchased returned a message that he had a winning ticket, but no dollar amount. He sent a picture of the $30 30X the Cash ticket to his sister, who quickly realized he won the $75,000 top prize! 

Arthur told a few friends, one of which, Rusty, didn’t believe him. After claiming his prize, Arthur chuckled, “I bet Rusty will believe me now.”  

“I have a good car and a nice house, so this money is going in the bank,” Arthur said about his plans for the prize money.
