Player from northern Indiana wins $50,000 top prize on $3 Holly Jolly Bingo Scratch-off

Nineteen-year-old Brandon Seibert won a $50,000 top prize on his $3 Holly Jolly Bingo Scratch-off ticket. Brandon likes to play the new tickets that come out every month, and this month, his holiday Scratch-offs paid off. On the search for the lowest gas price in town, Brandon stopped at a Marathon Express Mart in LaPorte, IN, and he decided to buy three of each of the new Holiday Scratch-off tickets. When he got home and scratched the tickets, he scanned each of them on the Hoosier Lottery app to instantly see his prizes.
