You won’t find retired steel worker Charles Bond of Indianapolis without his fishing pole. “I keep it in the trunk of my car in case I see somewhere good to fish,” Charles said about his passion for fishing.

Charles was at home watching TV while he scratched his tickets. When he scratched a $30 Multiplier Mania ticket, he saw that he won $20,000! 

“I set the ticket down, got up, walked around and came back to look at it again to make sure,” Charles recalls about the moment he realized he’d won. 

Charles called his sister, whom he’s very close to, to tell her about this win. She was very happy to hear her brother had won. 

“When I see something I like, I’ll buy it,” Charles said about his plans for the prize. But for now, Charles will save the prize money until he finds what he wants.
