What started as a simple scratch at home quickly turned into a $10,000 surprise for Sue Steenbergen of Whitestown. 

Sue works at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital and enjoys spending time with her family whenever she can. In her free time, she also loves fishing and playing the Hoosier Lottery.

After picking up a $30 $2,000,000 Ultimate Scratch-off, Sue headed home and got ready to scratch it. As she revealed the numbers, she was shocked to find out that she had won. Not quite believing what she was seeing, she turned to the Hoosier Lottery app to double check. 

“It took a minute to sink in,” Sue said. 

She is excited about her win and already has plans in mind for her prize money. Sue plans to use her winnings to remodel her kitchen.
