Hoosier wins $50,000 Top Prize playing Hoosier Lottery Scratch-offs with her husband

April Baldwin is a recent $50,000 Top Prize winner of the $30 Extreme Cash Scratch-off. The winning ticket was purchased at Casey’s in Cloverdale.

When April and her husband stopped by the store, they purchased a couple $30 Extreme Cash Scratch-offs to play together. “I prefer the bingo games, however my husband wanted to play one of the $20 or $30 games, so we ended up choosing the Extreme Cash Scratch-off,” said April.

When they got back to their car, they decided to play the Scratch-offs before they left. As she was scratching, April realized she matched three numbers and ran back into the store to have the cashier verify the ticket. “When I ran back into the store, I exclaimed that I would bring them back something because they sold me the winning ticket,” April said.

April and her husband called her mother-in-law right away to tell her the good news. She was shocked and couldn’t believe it. April and her husband are excited to use the money to help build the house they have been planning.
