Indianapolis man wins $3 million Top Prize on Scratch-off

Anthrice Cannon, Indianapolis, won the $3 million Top Prize on the $25 Millionaire Series Spectacular Riches Scratch-off. The winning ticket was purchased at the Kroger on 3361 Kentucky Ave. in Indianapolis.

While Anthrice and his wife were out shopping, he decided to stop by the front counter to purchase some Scratch-offs. While he was playing at the counter, he was pleasantly surprised with the $300 he thought he had won. After engaging with the store clerk, he was told some even better news: he had just won $3 million!

He immediately tracked down his wife in the store to tell her the good news. Throughout the next few days, they continued to look at the Scratch-off in absolute shock. 

Anthrice plans on using the money to start his own car transportation business.
