Angela visited a Village Pantry in Kokomo, Indiana, and while she was looking at Scratch-off tickets trying to pick one to purchase, the $30 Extreme Cash Scratch-off caught her attention.  Angela decided to scratch her ticket inside the store, and she saw that she had won a $50,000 top prize. She double checked her ticket using the Hoosier Lottery app, and she could not believe that she had won.  She immediately called her husband and he was also surprised and excited about her win.  Angela plans on using the prize money to pay off loans and have a few house repairs done.
