VENDING MACHINES

What should I do if I put money into the machine, and I do not receive my ticket or if the machine is not working?

Please inform the retailer so they can check the machine. If the retailer is unable to help, contact Customer Service at info@hoosierlottery.com or 1-800-955-6886. Provide Customer Service with the following information:

  • Your first and last name, phone number, and address
  • Name of the retailer
  • Address of the retailer
  • The ticket you were trying to purchase (if applicable)
  • Time and date of the incident
  • Error message or code (and a picture of the code on the machine if possible) 
What if I insert money into the machine, but the ticket I want is out of stock?

You will need to select a different ticket. Unfortunately, our machines do not give change, and the retailer cannot issue a refund. 

What should I do if the ticket scanner at my retailer isn’t working?

Notify the retailer. While they work to fix the issue, you can download the Hoosier Lottery app to scan your tickets.

What if I have a problem with a machine at Indianapolis International Airport?
Contact Customer Service at info@hoosierlottery.com or 1-800-955-6886. Please provide Customer Service with the following information:
  • Your first and last name, phone number, and address
  • Location of the machine (Example: near baggage claim carousel 5, or Terminal A near TSA)
  • The ticket you were trying to purchase (if applicable)
  • Time and date of incident
  • Error message or code (and a picture of the code on the machine if possible)
