How do I sign up for myLOTTERY?

Sign up by visiting HoosierLottery.com/myLOTTERY or from the FREE Hoosier Lottery app. To download the app, visit the app store:

On the website, find “Register” in the upper right corner throughout the site or by clicking “Create Account” on the myLOTTERY page. Simply fill out the information and create a password.

In the Hoosier Lottery app, find “Join myLOTTERY” in the upper right of the home screen or by tapping on the main menu in the upper left corner. 

NOTE: your information MUST match your ID if entering promotions and claiming a prize.

What if I forgot my password?

Visit HoosierLottery.com, click “Sign In” in the top right corner, then click the “Forgot Password” link in the pop-up login window. You will be instructed to enter the email associated with your myLOTTERY account, and you will be sent an email with a password reset link. We also suggest you add info@hoosierlottery.com to your address book and/or safe sender list. Password emails may take several minutes to arrive. Please check junk, spam, or promotion folders if you are unable to locate the temporary password email in your inbox. If these steps do not work, contact Customer Service at info@hoosierlottery.com or 1-800-955-6886. Provide them with the email associated with your myLOTTERY account.

You can also open the Hoosier Lottery app and tap “Join myLOTTERY” in the top right corner. Tap “Forgotten Password”. You will be instructed to enter the email associated with your myLOTTERY account, and you will be sent an email with a password reset link. How do I reset my myLOTTERY password?

Visit HoosierLottery.com, click “Sign In” in the top right corner, then click your Name to access your profile. Click the profile tab. Enter your new password in the “New Password” field. Reenter the password in the “Confirm New Password” field. Click “Save” at the bottom of the page.

If these steps do not work, contact Customer Service at info@hoosierlottery.com or 1-800-955-6886. Provide them with the email associated with your myLOTTERY account. 

How do I enter a 2nd Chance promotion?

Via App

  • Download or open the Hoosier Lottery app
  • Sign up or login to your myLOTTERY account on the app
  • Tap the “2nd Chance Enter Tickets” box in the bottom right corner of the app. Or tap the Main Menu in the top left corner and tap on “2nd Chance” in the top right.
  • For Scratch-offs, scan the barcode on the front of the ticket, under the "Scratch to Cash" area.
  • For Draw games and Fast Play, scan the barcode located on the front of the ticket at the bottom.
Via Web
  • To see the current 2nd Chance promotions, visit HoosierLottery.com/2ndChance
  • From there you can see all the promotions and how to enter. 
  • To enter, you’ll need to sign up or login to your myLOTTERY account.
  • Select the promotion you’re entering and click “Enter Now”
  • For Scratch-off tickets select the game you are entering. Enter the 6-character alphanumeric code found under the “Scratch here to Cash” at the front of the ticket.
  • For Fast Play, select the game you are entering. Enter the 19-digit serial number at the bottom of your ticket, then, enter the first 4-digits of the 19-digit serial number.

NOTE: to claim a 2nd Chance prize, you will need to provide the ticket you entered. Keep your tickets until all prizes have been claimed.

What if I cannot enter my ticket into a 2nd Chance promotion?

If you receive an Invalid Ticket Entry message, first check if the ticket is a non-winner and eligible for a current 2nd Chance promotion. You can scan your ticket on the Hoosier Lottery app or visit a retailer to see if it’s a winning ticket.

For a list of current 2nd Chance promotions, visit HoosierLottery.com/2ndChance or HoosierLottery.com/myLOTTERY. If eligible, your ticket can be scanned on the mobile app to enter. Or entered manually on the website HoosierLottery.com/2ndChance. Verify that you're entering the right promotion and game. Select the correct game if there are multiple games in the promotion.

Ensure you haven’t already entered the ticket. You can view your 2nd Chance entries on the "Promotion Entries" tab within your myLOTTERY profile. For Scratch-offs, the barcode and 6-character alphanumeric code is on the front of the ticket, under the "Scratch to Cash" area. For Draw games and Fast Play, the barcode is located on the front of the ticket at the bottom. For further assistance, you may contact Customer Service at info@hoosierlottery.com or 1-800-955-6886

Where can I see my 2nd Chance entries?
Log in to your myLOTTERY account on HoosierLottery.com. Click your name in the top right corner to take you to your profile. Then click the “2nd Chance Entries” tab. Be sure to set your date range. Once your date range is set, you can sort by promotion.
Where do I find the No Purchase Necessary promotions like the Colts Ultimate Fan Experience?
To see the current promotions available, visit HoosierLottery.com/myLOTTERY. From there you can see all the promotions. To enter, you’ll need to sign up or login to your myLOTTERY account. 
Where do I pick up my myLOTTERY promotion or social media giveaway prize pack?

If you’re an Indiana resident, the prize pack may be shipped to an Indiana address or picked up in person at the Indianapolis Prize Payment Center.

If you plan to pick up your prize, please inform a Hoosier Lottery representative at least 24 hours in advance of the day and time you plan to claim at the Indianapolis office to ensure we have your prize waiting for you when you arrive.

How do I redeem my birthday coupon?

First, tell the retailer which Hoosier Lottery game the coupon is for before scanning the barcode (e.g., Scratch-off, Draw, Fast Play). Then, show your birthday email to the retailer and have the barcode scanned at a participating Hoosier Lottery retailer or select vending machines. Each coupon is one-time use only and will be voided after it is scanned. If you print the coupon, make sure to print it 100% in size. Low-quality prints or small sizes can make it hard to scan the barcode. If the expiration date is valid and you are still unable to redeem, contact Customer Service at info@hoosierlottery.com or call 1-800-955-6886. Provide Customer Service with the retail store name and address where they are unable to redeem your coupon.

Why haven’t I received my birthday coupon?

If you did not receive the emailed coupon, confirm that you are an active myLOTTERY member. Ensure that you are logged into your myLOTTERY account either on the website or Hoosier Lottery app within the last six months. Then, check your preferences in your myLOTTERY profile to see if you are opted into “Special Promotions and Coupon Offers.” Be sure to click “SAVE” before closing the page.

Birthday coupons are sent to your myLOTTERY account’s email address at the beginning of your birthday month (not on the day of your birthday). Log into your myLOTTERY account and verify that the email address in the system is current and where you want your birthday coupons sent. 
How do I update my communication preferences?

Login to your myLOTTERY account to review your profile information and make the desired changes to your account.

Information you can change on the profile tab includes:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Current password/new password
  • Phone number and type of phone
  • Street address (lines 1 and 2)
  • City, State and ZIP code
Be sure to click “SAVE” before closing the page.

    • enable Two-Factor Authentication
  • Participate in Surveys 
    • opt-in to participate in future surveys
Preview your communications preferences and make the desired changes. Information you can change on the Preferences tab includes:
  • Winning Number and Jackpot Alerts

  • Choose at which amount you would like to be notified of the jackpot

  • Special Promotions and Coupon Offers

How do I update my mobile app notifications?
Open the Hoosier Lottery mobile app. Log in to your myLOTTERY account by clicking “Join myLOTTERY” in the top right corner. Tap the main menu in the top left corner. Select “Settings” from the menu and then confirm your preferences.
How do I subscribe or unsubscribe to SMS text messages?
To opt in and continue to receive text messages, text JOIN, START or YES to 88797.
To opt out of text messages, text STOP, QUIT or CANCEL to 88797.
How can I close my myLOTTERY account?

You can choose to close your myLOTTERY account by using the Hoosier Lottery app or on HoosierLottery.com.

To close account via the website:

  • Log into your myLOTTERY account.
  • Visit your profile by clicking your name in the top right of the screen.
  • On the profile tab, scroll down and click “Close My Account”.
  • Confirm your choice.
  • You will see confirmation of your account closure.
To close account via the app:
  • Download and/or open the Hoosier Lottery app.
  • Log in to your myLOTTERY account by clicking “Join myLOTTERY” in the top right corner.
  • Tap the main menu in the top left corner.
  • Select “Settings” from the menu and then select “Close My Account”.
  • Confirm that you want to close your account.
