The State Lottery Commission of Indiana (“Lottery” or “Hoosier Lottery”), hereby promulgates these rules and procedures (“Official Rules”) governing the myLOTTERY Team USA Summer Scramble Promotion (“Promotion”).
A. PURPOSE
The Promotion will be held to generate awareness of the Hoosier Lottery Team USA Fast Play and Scratch-off games and increase myLOTTERY membership and engagement.
