The Hoosier Lottery, recipient of World Lottery Association Level (WLA) 4 Certification through 2024, is again participating in National Financial Literacy Month awareness efforts to emphasize the importance of planning and budgeting as key to keeping play positive. The Hoosier Lottery achieved the highest level of WLA certification due to its responsible gaming efforts.

National Financial Literacy Month first began in April 2004 to highlight the importance of understanding financial decision-making and teach Americans how to create and maintain good financial habits.

This library includes a new "Financial Wellness" video, as well as other fun, short videos that can help players better understand game odds, gambling myths and the importance of setting spending limits.
