The $50,000 winning ticket was purchased at VGCS BP located at 1501 N. Calumet Ave. in Valparaiso.
The winning Mega Millions numbers for Friday, Oct. 17, are: 9-21-27-48-56 with a Mega Ball of 10. Players can check their tickets with the free Hoosier Lottery Mobile App.

The jackpot for Tuesday’s drawing is an estimated $650 million, making it the 10th largest in game history.
