Charles Hunter of Coatesville, Ind. was thrilled to have learned that he won $25,000 and $10,000 on the Daily 4 Draw game. He enjoys the chance to win prizes when he plays both Draw games and Scratch-offs. Charles’ daily routine includes buying lottery tickets in the morning. He was home watching TV when he checked his tickets on the Hoosier Lottery app and realized that he won on two of his tickets. Charles did not tell anyone that he had won, wanting it to be a big surprise for his family. Charles is retired and is planning on giving some of his money to his wife and kids.
