Indiana father gives son $150,000 winning lottery ticket for Christmas
A New Albany man gave his son the present to beat all presents this Christmas. Vernard Noble was celebrating the holidays with his father in New Albany a few days after Christmas when he received a $150,000 winning Hoosier Lottery Scratch-off ticket. While Noble said he “wanted to dance” after scratching the ticket, he is extremely grateful and is keeping a level head and taking a cool approach. The heavy equipment operator is sure of only one thing – he wants to use his winnings to help his father. Other than that, Noble says he plans to “absorb it for a while, then decide what to do.” Read more of Vernard's story here.
