Pamela Gaines of Camby is the first lucky player to hit a $100,000 top prize on the Hoosier Lottery scratch-off $100 Grand Double Play. Good luck runs in the family, because her husband Larry won $50,000 with the Hoosier Lottery in 1991. “It’s a blessing,” Larry said. “It couldn’t have come at a better time.” The two plan to pay off some bills and spoil their grandchildren with their winnings.
