Nineveh win makes three in 10 days
Joe Wachtstetter of Nineveh walked into Hoosier Lottery Headquarters August 4 and presented a top-prize winning ticket on the popular $100,000 Bonanza Scratch-off. He walked out with a fat check and a plan to retire. “Every time I buy a lottery ticket I tell the clerk it needs to be a winner so I can quit,“ said Wachtstetter. The Johnson County man can now do just that, although he is planning to keep busy. Wachtstetter, who is retirement age, worked all his life as a laborer and has most-recently been working third shift at Circle K to pay the bills. “This means I don’t have to work nights anymore,” said Wachtstetter. “I’m going to get my part-time handyman business up and going again.” Click here to read more.
