Connersville Barber Claims $3.5 Million
"I've played every week for the last twenty years," said Cecil Bell. "I don't drink and I don't smoke so I figured I could spend five dollars on something!" That five dollars was definitely worth it, as Bell hit the $3.5 million jackpot on the hometown favorite Hoosier Lotto. Bell’s wife of 53 years, Betty, says Cecil, owner of a barber shop in Connersville, will go to work tomorrow. “He’s hardly missed a day of work in the last thirty years,” Betty said.
