Luck of the Irish could bring Mega Millions® win
Hoosiers have a shot at millions with tonight's jackpot
INDIANAPOLIS (March 14, 2014) - The pot of gold could be at the end of the rainbow for a lucky Hoosier Lottery player tonight!
Even though St. Patrick's Day is not until Monday, Friday's jackpot could have a Hoosier celebrating early. At an estimated $353 million, the gigantic prize represents the fifth largest ever jackpot in Mega Millions history, and the 12 largest jackpot ever in North America. A lucky winner can choose between the annuitized jackpot, payable over 30 years, or the cash value, paid in one lump sum of $194 million.
Mega Millions tickets are just $1 per wager and are available at over 4,000 retailers across the state of Indiana. In addition to the jackpot prize, Hoosiers have eight other ways to win prizes ranging from $1 to $1 million. And, if a player also chooses the Megaplier® option for an additional $1, he or she can multiply non-jackpot winning tickets by 2, 3, 4 or 5!
Hoosier Lottery fans have another option for a chance at a pot of gold with the hometown favorite, Hoosier Lotto. The jackpot for Saturday's drawing is $19.5 million.
Saturday also has a Powerball® jackpot of $70 million.
