The Hoosier Lottery® procures goods and services in a number of different methods.
The State Lottery Commission of Indiana procures goods and services under the direction of the Indiana Code, the Indiana Administrative Code, as well as internal policies and procedures. The procurement methods used by the State Lottery Commission of Indiana include, but are not limited to: Request for Quote, Invitation to Bid, and Request for Proposal. Requests for Proposal issued by the State Lottery Commission of Indiana will be posted on the Indiana Department of Administration Website. Current Invitations to Bid or other procurement opportunities issued by the State Lottery Commission of Indiana may be posted below.
IGT Indiana, LLC will also procure goods and services on behalf of the Hoosier Lottery in accordance with Lottery rules, regulations and the Integrated Services Agreement with the Indiana State Lottery Commission. All Requests for Proposals, Vendor Qualification, and Direct Quotes will be posted below. Website Redesign RFP
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to select a partner that can provide services to design and develop the Hoosier Lottery’s website (www.hoosierlottery.com). The selected firm will enter into negotiations with IGT Indiana, LLC (“IGT”) to develop a contractual relationship.
Under the supervision of the Lottery, the partner will be expected to provide consulting to define, develop, as well as deploy a new website using and implementing Kentico EMS (“CMS”). The partner will analyze the current website, internal and external website users, stakeholders, and functional documentation to define an interactive and engaging website. Site development will include:
- Website content strategy and production
- Front-end design
- Back-end development for custom applications
- Custom integrations
The partner will then be expected to implement the new website and CMS including:
- QA Deployment, testing and validation
- End-user training of custom applications
- Deployment and go live
The intent is for the website to go live by June 28, 2019.
