She immediately called her daughter and asked her to come over to make sure she was reading the ticket correctly. When her daughter scanned the ticket with the Hoosier Lottery app and the win was confirmed, the two women celebrated.
“I couldn’t sit still,” said Frances. “I still can’t!”
Frances plans to use her winnings to pay bills and take her granddaughter on a shopping spree.
